The Process
Coaching for teens is always collaborative — involving the family in gentle, guided ways.
Our sessions are designed to teach underdeveloped executive function skills and emotional awareness through practice, not theory.
- Focus & Planning: Learn to manage tasks and homework with structure.
- Routines & Habits: Build morning and study systems that stick.
- Confidence & Communication: Develop emotional language and self-advocacy skills.
- Family Collaboration: Parents stay involved — learning to model calm, co-regulate emotions, and guide with empathy.
Each coaching journey starts with an intake session where we tailor goals together (teen + parents).
The Proof
“I stopped fighting with my son about homework. Coaching gave us a shared language and calm routines — we finally work as a team.” – Parent of Teen, Perth
