Building Confidence, Skills & Emotional Balance for Life

The Challenge

Many teens with ADHD feel misunderstood or overwhelmed. School expectations rise, but focus, organization, and confidence often lag. Parents might see frustration, unfinished homework, or emotional outbursts — while the teen feels constant pressure to “try harder.”

The Process

Coaching for teens is always collaborative — involving the family in gentle, guided ways.
Our sessions are designed to teach underdeveloped executive function skills and emotional awareness through practice, not theory.

  • Focus & Planning: Learn to manage tasks and homework with structure.
  • Routines & Habits: Build morning and study systems that stick.
  • Confidence & Communication: Develop emotional language and self-advocacy skills.
  • Family Collaboration: Parents stay involved — learning to model calm, co-regulate emotions, and guide with empathy.

Each coaching journey starts with an intake session where we tailor goals together (teen + parents).

The Proof

“I stopped fighting with my son about homework. Coaching gave us a shared language and calm routines — we finally work as a team.” – Parent of Teen, Perth
